Gentle Dental Hervey Bay is a locally owned and operated family general dental practice. We provide a relaxed friendly environment for patients to receive treatment for all of their dental needs. We/Owners are locals of Hervey Bay, so we understand the region for all of its benefits and challenges and we are looking to provide a service that locals can relate to. Gentle Dental Hervey Bay operates a dynamic clinic; offering a wide range of services to patients from all general dentistry to Orthodontics, Implantology (including A04), GA and IV procedures - using the absolute most modern equipment available.

Qualifications & experience

Experience and demonstrated ability in the role is essential (only suitably skilled and experienced applicants will be shortlisted)

Cert 3 or 4 preferred

Right to work in Australia

Highly professional

Extremely organised

Strong attention to detail

Reliable

Punctual and shows initiative

Can-Do Motivated positive attitude

Commitment in ongoing upskilling and training as a Dental Assistant

Tasks & responsibilities

Chairside clinical assisting

Hospital based Dental Assisting for General Anesthetic Procedures

Sterilisation

Patient education with oral health advice

Stock management support

General cleaning and maintenance of the clinic

Reception duties when needed

All other reasonable tasks from time to time
