Technical Lead – Dynamics 365 F&O | Melbourne | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a well-established, not-for-profit organisation to find a Technical Lead who will take ownership of their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, lead a talented team of developers, and ensure delivery of key business initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of solutions within D365 F&O.
• Collaborate across IT and business units to deliver enhancements and support to internal stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including code promotion, deployment, documentation, and testing.
• Manage and mentor a small team of developers, supporting their growth and ensuring high performance.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable, well-documented solutions.
• Proactively identify innovations and implement Proof of Concepts that improve process efficiency.
• Oversee incident and problem resolution and uphold high standards of data quality and system reliability.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience in D365 F&O or Dynamics AX development and deployment
• Strong background in technical leadership and leading small to mid-sized teams
• Advanced development skills with X++, .NET, C#, REST APIs, and Power Platform
• Demonstrated success in managing integrated ERP systems within a complex application ecosystem
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Solution Architect Expert or similar) are highly regarded
