Business Systems and Process Lead

A highly regarded financial services firm is seeking a seasoned Business Systems and Process Lead to shape technology and operational strategies. This key role brings together systems architecture, process improvement and hands-on technology delivery.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership across operations, advisory, compliance and investments to drive initiatives that enhance client outcomes and business efficiency. Your remit includes stewardship of systems like Xplan and Microsoft 365, vendor relationships, automation, data integrity and project execution.

What you’ll deliver:

Lead the development and execution of the technology roadmap and digital uplift strategy.

Own process improvement, automation and integration initiatives.

Drive scalable systems architecture and governance across platforms.

Manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders through change cycles.

Build internal capability via training, coaching and user adoption strategies.

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years’ experience leading digital transformation, process improvement or systems delivery—ideally in a regulated environment.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Xplan, Microsoft 365 and automation tools.

Strong systems thinking combined with commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Proven ability to turn strategic vision into actionable operational results.
