We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Florist to join our growing team and brand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high-end floral arrangements for daily orders, events, weddings, and corporate clients. You’ll lead by example with design excellence, team mentorship, and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create floral arrangements for all occasions including weddings, funerals, events, and daily orders.

Lead the floor and assist in supervising junior florists and trainees, offering guidance and constructive feedback.

Oversee floral prep and ordering to ensure efficient stock rotation and freshness.

Assist with event and wedding floral setups, including on-site installations.

Maintain visual merchandising and shop presentation to brand standard.

Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and online.

Flexible to work across both our Henley Beach and Marion locations as needed.

Contribute to social media content creation as required (e.g. behind-the-scenes photos, showcasing new designs).

Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and safe.

Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and creativity.
