Who We’re Looking For

· Minimum 6 years on the tools — you’ve been around the block

· Authorised Vehicle Examiner (or eligible to become one)

· Strong electrical fault-finding ability — not just parts swapping

· Holds an aircon licence (ARCtick)

· Shows up on time and owns their outcomes

· Solves problems instead of making excuses

· Works hard, backs the team, lifts the standard

What You’ll Do

· Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles

· Tackle electrical faults with precision

· Carry out inspections as an Authorised Vehicle Examiner

· Work clean, fast, and to a high standard

· Communicate clearly with the team — no surprises

· Follow workshop systems and safety procedures

· Hit your KPIs and help the team smash theirs too
