🌼 Your Role

As an Assistant Educator, you will support the delivery of high-quality early learning programs that reflect:

The National Quality Standard (NQS), especially Quality Areas 1 (Educational Program and Practice), 5 (Relationships), and 6 (Collaborative Partnerships)

A deep respect for child-led exploration and outdoor, play-based learning

A strong commitment to cultural safety, inclusive practice, and building authentic connections with families

You are warm, reflective, and eager to grow. You understand that being present with children is a professional skill, and that meaningful learning happens everywhere – under trees, in the garden, and through messy play.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
