This leading multinational wholesale retailer has experienced exceptional growth over the past five years and continues to expand its operations. Due to growth within the business, this newly created Corporate Accountant role is a great opportunity for a driven and talented individual to join the high-performing team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the preparation of year-end financial reports

Assisting with statutory audits and corporate income tax lodgements

Managing payroll, superannuation, journals, and HR reporting

Preparing and lodging GST, BAS, FBT, and payroll tax submissions

Forecasting and analysing operational and HR expenses

Assisting with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing

Maintaining internal controls and supporting ERP improvements

Building strong relationships with external advisors and internal stakeholders

Supporting financial policies, procedures, and data integrity

You will be CA/CPA qualified or studying towards, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial or corporate accounting, ideally within a large or complex business. You will possess strong organisational and time management skills, the ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and have excellent communication skills. Prior experience with tax compliance is also highly regarded.
