About the role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a committed and customer-focused Workwear and PPE Retail Specialist to join the team at Total Uniforms in Geraldton, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service, ensuring our clients receive the right Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment solutions for their needs.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to both walk-in and online clients
through our customer specific ordering portal/

Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Workwear and PPE products

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations

Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the Workwear or PPE industry

Trade , Mining or industry experience would also be considered beneficial if you are looking to transition
to a new career

Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
