Warehouse Manager – Full-Time (Coolum Beach)

We’re Empress Athleticus, a fast-growing, women-led brand creating size-inclusive activewear and lifestyle apparel. Our Coolum Beach warehouse is the beating heart of our operations, and we’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the team.

This is a hands-on role overseeing both our Australian-made and imported stock, from receiving and inventory to quality control and dispatch. We need someone who can manage people, maintain high standards, and keep our systems sharp.

💼 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Leading and supporting a small, high-performing warehouse team

Managing daily operations including receiving, inventory, QC, and dispatch

Setting daily priorities and helping the team hit their targets

Keeping our WMS and Shopify systems accurate and up to date

Working closely with production and customer service to keep things flowing

✅ To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need:

Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Familiarity with Shopify or eComm platforms

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Strong, clear communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure
