About the role

Inline Innovations is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our small team of four, based at our Beenleigh site. The successful candidate will have the potential to manage our second site in Luscombe. This is a long-term opportunity to step into a leadership role with responsibility across daily operations, team management, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements/Duties

Supervise Warehouse staff in relation to all daily general duties and report any issues or concerns promptly to the Chief Resources Manager.

Ensure stock counts and item locations are accurate and the MRP system is up to date.

Liaise with management and supervisors and planning schedules to issue and then return stock items required for efficient production.

Perform stocktakes as per company requirements or as deemed necessary for stock queries.

Coordinate the removal of drums and IBC’s and waste that need to be returned to suppliers or picked up by recyclers and waste collectors.

Purchase pallets as required for production needs and ensure the timely repair of any damaged pallets to go back into circulation.

Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with WH&S and GMP requirements.

Maintain communications with logistics companies to monitor deliveries and despatch.

Receive and inspect incoming goods on multiple sites with a view to quarantine, accept or reject as per the approved procedures for Inwards Goods Inspection and to process / maintain data entry daily.

About you:

A Bachelor’s degree or similar in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

Proficient in use of MS Office and MRP systems

Basic understanding of GMP.

Experience in a Managing a production warehouse.

Current Forklift licence.
