About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitstaff to join our dynamic team at The Boatshed Restaurant in South Perth WA 6151. This casual role is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take customer orders and communicate these accurately to the kitchen

Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

Ensure tables are set up and cleared promptly

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Assist with stock management and replenishment as required

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer queries or concerns

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
