About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Hairdresser and an enthusiastic 3rd year apprentice to join our dynamic team at The Hair and Barber Room in Fremantle, WA. Casual or Part/full time available, this role offers the flexibility to work around your schedule and balance your work-life commitments. No Sundays, Mondays or late nights. Immediate and delayed start available.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality hairstyling and colouring services to our clients. We are both a men's and women's salon.

Offering expert advice and recommendations to clients on hair care and styling

Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and professionalism

Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and customer-focused environment

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing development of the salon

Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniques

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a qualified Senior Hairdresser, with a minimum of 3- 5 years' experience in the industry

Excellent hairstyling and colouring skills, with the ability to create a wide range of styles

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised attention to each client

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Relevant qualifications in hairdressing (Certificate 3)
