What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional haircutting, colouring and styling services to our loyal client base

Sharing your creative flair to help clients achieve their desired look

Offering advice and recommendations on the latest hairstyles and hair care products

Mentoring junior stylists and apprentices to develop their skills

Ensuring a high standard of customer service and salon presentation

Contributing to the overall success of the salon through a positive and collaborative approach

What we're looking for

Formal hairdressing qualification or 2nd or 3rd year apprenticeship

Proven experience as a qualified senior hairdresser or 2nd or 3rd year apprentice in a salon environment

Exceptional haircutting, colouring and styling skills

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting client relationships

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Team player with a positive, supportive and collaborative approach
