The Opportunity

You will step into a pivotal leadership role—carrying your own paediatric caseload while supervising, mentoring and guiding other Occupational Therapists. In addition to direct clinical care, you’ll contribute to clinical governance, professional development and quality improvement across the team.

What You Will Do

Provide high‑quality assessment, intervention and reporting for children with developmental, sensory, motor or emotional regulation needs.

Manage a caseload of children aged from early intervention through school age, via clinic, community and virtual settings.

Lead, support and mentor a growing OT team—through case reviews, peer supervision and skills development.

Help maintain practice standards, contribute to clinical policies and support service innovation.

Liaise closely with families, NDIS planners/plan managers, schools and allied professionals to deliver effective, holistic care.

What You Bring

Full Occupational Therapy registration (AHPRA).

Extensive paediatric OT experience—ideally 5+ years across early intervention, school‑based, sensory, motor or emotional regulation.

Ability (or desire) to lead, coach or mentor other clinicians.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams.

Confidence working with NDIS‑funded clients, including documentation and reporting.

Passion for upholding a strengths‑based, client‑centred approach.
