About Us

Since 2004, family-owned Untamed Escapes has connected travellers from all walks of life with adventure, culture, wildlife, wellness, and epicurean experiences in nature. Our 1–10 day small group and exclusive private tours depart from Adelaide, Perth, and Yulara, exploring remote regions across South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory, and even the East Coast on our charter tours.

Our diverse range of experiences includes swag camping adventures, private luxury tours, wellness retreats, and tailor-made journeys for groups and charters.

We are an Advanced Eco-Accredited Operator, a Green Travel Leader, and proudly recognised as a Climate Change Innovator by Ecotourism Australia. At our core, we are passionate about taking a regenerative approach to tourism, contributing to the flourishing of ecosystems and communities we visit, while creating transformational and inclusive travel experiences.

About the Role

We're seeking passionate, energetic, and charismatic Storyteller Guides to lead swag camping adventures and private charter tours. You'll be a natural communicator with a deep love for nature, culture, and people, and a drive to deliver exceptional, safe, and memorable guest experiences.

We are currently recruiting several guides for spring/summer with roles starting from September and most work until April. However, there are opportunities for some ongoing work all year round for the right people.

We have tours departing Perth, Adelaide & Yulara with depots in these locations. You don't need to be based in Adelaide.

Experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right people.

Remuneration is between $350-$430 per day + super, for new employees, depending on experience.
