About the role

Driver Requirements:

4 Days - Every Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

5:30am Starts (However this is flexible)

A Full Driver's License for at least 5 years with a Good Driving Record

Good Level of Physical Fitness is essential, be able to work fast and efficient

Courier Driver Experience beneficial but not detrimental

Training Will be Provided

Please note a current ABN is required as you will be hired as a Contractor

Chill Factor Refrigerated Couriers' is seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Refrigerated Courier Driver to join their team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a Refrigerated Courier Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of temperature-sensitive goods to our valued customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

Operate a refrigerated delivery van to transport perishable and temperature-sensitive goods

Carefully load, unload and handle deliveries to ensure product integrity

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients if required

Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

Ensure the refrigerated vehicle is well-maintained and cleaned (Weekly)

Each day the runs vary between 60-80 home deliveries, and you can expect to work around a 6–8-hour day.

What we're looking for

1-2 years' experience as a refrigerated courier driver or in a similar role

Knowledge of safe handling and storage procedures for temperature-sensitive goods

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A current Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record
