Finance Business Partner | Commercial Focus | $140k–$150k + Super + Bonus

Join a high-performing finance team at a growing, dynamic organisation. Partnering closely with the Head of FP&A and GM Finance, you'll play a key role in driving commercial insights, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own divisional budgeting and forecasting (Technology, Sales, Marketing), driving analysis and engagement with key stakeholders

Deliver monthly reporting and insightful variance analysis to P&L owners, shaping business decisions

Support strategic planning, modelling, and commercial initiatives across the Group

Assist in preparing executive and board-level performance packs

Drive improvements in reporting systems and support ongoing automation and process enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification experience

Background in commercial finance, ideally as a Senior Analyst or entry-level Business Partner

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders
