Exceeding in all 7 areas, we are small, owner-operated, located in Brookvale easily accessed by public transport, a short walk from the bus stop at Westfield. For the past 16 years, we have provided a warm, welcoming environment where the essence of our service lies in our long-term staff, strong community connections, commitment to quality, and our love for creating holistic natural spaces for children. Our team of 15 dedicated professionals have been with us from the beginning, ensuring continuity, stability, and a deep-rooted passion for nurturing young minds. We are proud to say that we have no staff turnover and do not rely on agency casuals.

This role is ideal for an educator who thrives in a classroom environment, has hands-on experience, and can confidently step up when needed. You will work alongside the Early Childhood Teacher and, at times, take the lead in running the classroom.
