Mars Forklifts is an independent Australian owned family business located in Wetherill Park NSW. Over the past 25 years we have grown to be one of the largest independent supplier of forklift and scissor lifts in Australia, specialising in Hire, Sales and Service of these equipment. Due to the growth of our business we are searching for a YARD HAND to work in our busy workshop in Wetherill Park.

The role includes;
-Organising equipment going out and coming back from hire.

-Liaising with hire team regarding order of equipment going out.

-Preparing equipment going out on hire

-Performing basic equipment safety checks and inspections for safety and readiness

-Greeting and organise tilt tray drivers

-Maintaining yard general tidiness. .
-Organising and Moving forklifts in the yard.

-Filling up gas bottles

-Pressure washing equipment as they come back from hire.

-Charging battery electric equipment.

What we are looking for;
-Proactive approach to work with strong work ethics
-Good time management skills with the ability to work independently. Taking control of the role and making it your own.
-Commitment to maintaining safe work practices.

Requirements;
-Must Have Current drivers and forklift license.
