What you'll be doing

Installing residential solar + battery storage systems, including cool products like the Tesla Powerwall and the Sigenergy Sigenstor

Learning and applying electrical wiring, testing, and troubleshooting techniques

Obtaining hands-on experience in electrical design, planning, and project management

Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the highest standards of workmanship

Participating in ongoing training and development to expand your knowledge and skills

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Install experience not required, as long as you have the right attitude you will learn from the best and pick things up quickly

Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainable practices

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent attention to detail and a diligent, safety-focused approach

Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues

Either a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year Electrical Apprenticeship
