What You Will Be Doing

WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Communications & Mining Systems Technician to join our client’s growing team in a dynamic and technically rewarding role.

In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of a wide range of advanced communications and control systems, including two-way radio systems (DMR, Tetra, P25), Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS), Fleet Management Systems (FMS), private LTE networks, high precision GPS and machine guidance systems, CCTV, public address and emergency alert systems, as well as wireless and industrial networking.

You will also be expected to perform preventive and predictive maintenance, uphold strict Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards, and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes.

What You Will Need

Data / Communications Skills & Experience.

Cert IV – Electronics & Communications.

WA Drivers Licence.

Ability To Pass a Pre-Employment Medical.
