About the Role
We are seeking applications for the role of QTIX Digital Campaign Coordinator. This is an essential role that supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of QTIX marketing campaigns across email and web platforms. This role is responsible for managing campaign scheduling, automated journeys, audience segmentation, and performance reporting to drive engagement and growth.
In this role you will:
Design and execute email campaigns using a marketing automation platform, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards. Implement automated journeys with key touchpoints such as reminder emails and surveys. Monitor performance to improve engagement and encourage repeat attendance.
Conduct detailed data segmentation to identify audience groups and apply personalised content strategies. Tailor messaging and campaign elements based on client goals and audience insights to maximise relevance and impact.
Build and update events and content pages on the QTIX website. Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and presented consistently in line with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations to identify optimisation opportunities and improve future campaign outcomes. Implement tracking tags for events and conversion analytics, such as Google Analytics.
Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant data privacy laws and regulations. Stay informed on digital marketing trends and platform updates to support innovation and maintain best practices.
Perform other duties as required and directed by the QTIX Marketing Strategy and Insights Manager, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.
About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
Demonstrate the ability to design and implement automated journeys with key touchpoints such as reminder emails and surveys to enhance audience engagement and retention.
Demonstrate capability in data segmentation and applying audience insights and client objectives to personalised content.
Demonstrate experience in building and updating content pages on websites, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency with the brand. Ability to manage content workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high-quality digital experiences.
Show proficiency in preparing detailed campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Experience using tools such as Google Analytics and implementing tracking tags to monitor event performance and conversion metrics.
Sound understanding of data privacy regulations and digital marketing compliance standards.
