Travel Online is a professional and highly reputable company with 25 years experience within the Travel Industry, specialising in holiday packages in South Pacific, Bali, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii

Located in Springwood, with an office environment filled with a great culture and we are looking for a self motivated team member to join our busy team.

What Hours do I work?

8:00am to 4:00pm, 5 days a week

Typical roster is Monday to Friday, however some weekend work will be required once you are fully trained.

Once trained, you will be given the option to work from home 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday) and in the office 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

What will I do?

Respond to new client enquiries by phone and email.

Assist client with their travel quotes before booking.

Sell the benefits of booking the holiday with us.

What experience do I need?

1. Sales experience preferred

2. Travel experience is not necessary but worldly (travel) experience is preferred.

3. Exceptional customer service

4. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

5.Attention to detail & organisation skills to follow up leads

6. Sales conversion skills
