About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hairdresser to join our thriving salons located in either Tuggerah, Hornsby or Top Ryde. As a fulltime Senior Hairdresser, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair services to our diverse clientele and contribute to the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Providing a wide range of haircutting, colouring, and styling services to clients

Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Guiding and mentoring junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

Conducting thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences

Advising clients on the latest hair trends, products, and treatments

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the salon's overall operations

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience as a Senior Hairdresser in a reputable salon

Proven expertise in a wide range of haircutting, colouring, and styling techniques

Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying up-to-date with trends

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to contribute to the salon's success
