Are you passionate about golf and love providing top-quality customer service? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Shop Assistant to join our team at the Sanctuary Golf Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting members and guests in the golf shop

Handling retail sales of golf merchandise and equipment

Booking tee times and managing the club’s reservation system

Offering advice on products and promoting current deals, training will be provided

Maintaining shop displays and cleanliness

Supporting golf events and competitions as needed

About you:

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

A keen interest in golf, training will be provided to the right applicant (knowledge of the game is a plus!)

Reliable, flexible, and willing to work weekends

Experience in retail or hospitality is essential

Able to work independently and follow directions.
