We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead with purpose and professionalism. Whether you are already a confident Service Manager or a 2IC ready to step up into leadership, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

🐝 About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

Oversee daily operations, including staffing, compliance, and financial performance

Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs

Foster strong and respectful partnerships with families and the local community

Ensure adherence to NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate closely with your Area Director to drive enrolments and strategic goals

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and shared success

✅ What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)

Previous experience in a Centre Director, Service Manager, or 2IC role

In-depth understanding of the NQS, EYLF, and Education and Care Services National Law

Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, and Food Safety Supervisor Training certificate.

Strong communication, problem-solving and team leadership skills

A proactive, collaborative, and child-centred mindset
