I need someone to deiver mattresses on monday and fridays. I have a ute here for you to use.

About the money
Pretty simple, $36 an hour, I won't take any money off for your lunch breaks as long as your turning up on time and doing the work well. Weekends are more $$s obviously, however weekend work will come and go. Also you may be able to pick more days up as things progress.

About the job

Basically. Put them on the ute, take them to a house/unit, bring it in the bedroom. That's the job. The heavier mattresses we put in 2 packages so it's not too heavy, but you should be physically strong, these are substantial mattresses and some people have stairs.

We make them all in Marrickville.

Here is how a day at ausbeds will look.

Turn up at 10am, there's a team of approx 2 in the warhouse usually, one of them manages the warehouse, he's 27 ish off the top of my head, and ther's another guy around the same age who makes mattress parts.

You will arrive and two of you will assemble the next days mattresses, pretty easy, just putting them together, zipping them up, bagging them up etc'.

Then someone will help you load up some mattresses and you go and deliver them. It's really that simple. put mattress in bedroom, do it with a smile, be nice and helpful to my customers. usually 3-6 deliveries a day all over sydney.

After the deliveries are all done, maybe there's a few bits to do arounf the warehouse, maybe not, then you are free to go. Usually between 3-6pm the deliveries are finished during the week. Possible weekend shifts at higher rates also. Sunday probably closer to 4 hours but it could be more depending on how busy we are.

Overall, the vibe is very calm, as I run a very smooth operation with no chaos. Everyone gets along no dramas or stress. It's really not that hard, you just need to turn up on time. I'm looking for someone that can fit in to this team and that can get along with our calm ways of doing things.
