Key Responsibilities

Maintain professional communication with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Oversee lease renewals and tenant reviews

Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections

Manage daily receipting, invoicing, and payment processing

Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries

Coordinate and oversee property repairs and maintenance

Essential Requirements

Valid Driver’s License

Strong Computer Skills

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or License

Console Cloud Training Preferred

Ideal Candidate Traits

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
