Job Summary

Capra Coaching is a Kindy– Year 12 tuition centre based in Mosman (and online via Zoom), committed to high-quality literacy and learning support in small-group and one-on-one formats.

We’re looking for:
A qualified and passionate primary educator to join our team, who:

Holds an accredited initial teacher education qualification in Primary Education (e.g., Bachelor of Education or equivalent; or a degree plus Graduate Diploma in Education)

Has current active NESA accreditation to teach in NSW—Proficient Teacher accreditation preferred. Early career teachers with Provisional or Conditional accreditation working toward Proficient will be considered.

Holds a valid Working with Children Check and meets NESA suitability requirements.

be available ideally from 4 to 7pm on at least one weekday, and/or flexible hours on weekends; Later start times are also possible on weekdays; Weekend hours available on Saturdays or Sundays between 9am-5pm in blocks of 3-4 hours or more as requested by the applicant;

Our Mosman centre features 10 modern, air-conditioned classrooms, and is home to a warm, welcoming community of students and dedicated teachers/tutors.

We’ve built a nurturing environment where students form strong, lasting bonds with their tutors. Most of our lessons are one-on-one, allowing for truly personalised support that helps students thrive.

Tutors are given the freedom to shape lessons according to each student’s needs, with full access to our high-quality teaching resources. We also offer small-group classes, carefully capped at four students to maintain individual attention across all settings.
