Essential Requirements:

Australian working rights

Current NSW RSA Certificate

1+ years in FOH hospitality

Fluent English (written & spoken)

SevenRooms or other online reservation experience

Your Role Will Include:

Taking reservations and answering inquiries (hello, SevenRooms!)

Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables with flair

Explaining the restaurant concept of the ‘rias’

Managing the dining experience during service

Organising bookings and table allocations and adjusting as required

Reviewing our waitlist and managing the flow of customers

Keeping everything running smoothly (you’ve got this!)
