About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse with experience to join our growing clinical team. You'll play a vital role in providing safe, person-centred care to our participants with complex health needs.

· You'll collaborate with support staff and allied health professionals to ensure care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to each individual.

· Develop, review, and implement care plans aligned with clinical best practice and NDIS requirements.

· Deliver expert clinical care and oversight across a range of High Intensity Support needs as defined by the NDIS, including tasks such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, diabetes management, wound care, and other complex supports.

· Provide clinical guidance, oversight, and direct training to Support Workers, including hosting and signing off on Participant-specific High Intensity Support training and similar.

· Travel between sites as required to deliver hands-on clinical support and ensure continuity of care.

About You

You’re not just clinically skilled — you’re passionate about delivering care that puts people first. You’re adaptable, a great communicator, and ready to be part of a team pushing the boundaries of what support can be.

· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

· Proven experience delivering High Intensity Supports within disability or community care.

· Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and person-centred care planning.

· Experience supporting participants with complex physical and/or mental health needs.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
