We’re working with a globally admired luxury brand looking for a strategic CRM professional who knows how to balance brand, data and commercial strategy.

But it’s not just about execution. You’ll be responsible for the customer segmentation strategy and define how different segments receive personalised communication. You’ll shape test-and-learn frameworks, build out measurement and reporting, and monitor and analyse customer behaviour patterns to determine new content opportunities. You’ll be a key connector between strategy and results, helping teams lift performance while maintaining brand standards across every piece of communication.

It’s an opportunity to lead CRM strategy for a global luxury brand with strong creative, technical and data resources, ideally suited to someone with five years’ experience and demonstrated expertise working on strategic CRM projects. You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s best and you’ll be encouraged to test, measure and grow.
