About the role

Pets Eternal is seeking a dedicated Pet Crematorium Driver/Consultant to join our growing team in Greenbank, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and professional pet cremation services to our clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our pet aftercare services.

What you'll be doing

Respectfully transporting deceased pets from veterinary clinics and homes to our dedicated crematorium facility

Sensitively assisting clients with the pet cremation process and urn/memorial selection

Maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail when handling deceased pets

Ensuring all administrative tasks related to pet cremations are completed accurately and on time

Liaising with veterinary clinics and pet owners to provide updates and address any concerns

Supporting the continuous improvement of our pet cremation services and processes

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the veterinary or pet services industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise with and support grieving pet owners

Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail

A clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a small delivery van

A genuine passion for animal welfare and a desire to provide the highest level of care to pets and their families
