Your Opportunity:
Are you experienced in Building Management Systems and looking to transition your career toward energy efficiency and optimisation? This role is the perfect next step.
You’ll take your existing BMS knowledge and apply it to optimise building operations, reduce energy consumption, improve indoor air quality, and help clients reach ambitious performance goals—like achieving 5 to 6-star NABERS ratings. You’ll be out in the field tuning equipment, analysing data, and collaborating directly with clients and engineers to drive better outcomes.
We’ll support your growth through structured training and real-world exposure—developing your expertise in energy auditing, HVAC tuning, and building performance optimisation, with a clear pathway toward becoming a NABERS energy efficiency expert.

About You:
- 2–3 years' experience working with BMS - maintenance & optimisation.
- Passionate about improving energy performance and building sustainability.
- Ready to move beyond controls and into holistic building optimisation.
- Strong analytical thinker with solid skills in data interpretation (Excel/Google Suite).
- Comfortable getting hands-on onsite—using tools, troubleshooting systems, and fine-tuning HVAC and BMS equipment to improve performance.
- Confident communicator and collaborator.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Controls Engineering.
- Valid Australian driver's license - available for frequent travel.
