About the role

Join the passionate team at Little Lion Coffee at the Perth Children's Hospital in Nedlands as a Barista/All Rounder. We are dedicated in delivering specialty coffee and homemade healthy food

What you'll be doing

Preparing a range of specialty coffees, and cold beverages

Operating on a Slayer Coffee Machine, Mahlkonig Grinder/EK43S, and MoccaMaster

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked area

Assisting with other café duties as required, such as POS and front of house duties

Actively contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and a passion for creating delicious beverages

Good latte art skills preferred but not essential, we will provide further training

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide warm customer service

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A 'can do' attitude and team player
