About the role

Chinta' is seeking enthusiastic Floor staff and Baristas to join our vibrant team in North Perth, WA. In this casual / part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during our busy breakfast and lunch service. With a focus on hospitality and a passion for making great coffee, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient table service to customers

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages

Assisting with food preparation and plating as needed

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Handling cash and card transactions accurately

Working collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting

Excellent barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work well under pressure and multitask

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

A positive, friendly and professional attitude
