Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily room cleaning to a high standard in line with established protocols

Use initiative to manage workload and respond to guest needs promptly

Liaise with Front Office to prioritise room status and meet check-in deadlines

Maintain cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house facilities

Support the broader housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations

Check and restock housekeeping supplies and amenities

Report maintenance issues and lost property in accordance with procedures

The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistent attention to detail

Be reliable, self-motivated, and efficient under time constraints

Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

Be available for weekday and weekend shifts, including public holidays as required

Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning services will be highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
