Position: Multi-Skilled Joint Sealer & Concrete Patcher

Trigga Seal is a new Tier 1 joint sealing company making serious moves across South East Queensland. We work directly with leading precast panel manufacturers and Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders on major commercial and infrastructure projects.

We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, experienced joint sealer & concrete patcher to join our team. We’ve built a solid crew of good operators who enjoy their work and have each other’s backs — we’re after someone who will slot in well with our culture and help us raise the bar.

About the Role

Ongoing work across Brisbane and the Gold Coast

Precast panel sealing, internal and external joint sealing, patching, and remedial works

Working across large-scale commercial sites, with strong pipeline through to the 2032 Olympics

What We’re Looking For
We're after someone reliable, detail-oriented and capable of delivering quality work on active construction sites. The ideal applicant will have:

Proven experience in joint sealing and concrete patching (both skills strongly preferred)

A good attitude and ability to work in a team

Solid communication skills and problem-solving mindset

Own transport and basic hand tools

Strong focus on safety and site awareness

Punctuality and professionalism

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

Working at Heights

EWP (Scissor Lift & Boom Lift) ticket

Swing Stage or Rope Access
Note: Training can be provided for the right applicant.
