- Supporting contract administration and ensuring legislative compliance.
- Providing probity and policy advice to stakeholders across Council.
- Delivering staff training on procurement systems and best practice.
- Maintaining contract and supplier registers and reporting on performance.
- Promoting efficiency, quality, and value-for-money in procurement decisions.
About You
Whether you're coming from another local government organisation, the public sector, or private enterprise, your expertise in procurement frameworks and contract administration will set you up for success in this role.
You’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of tendering, contract documentation, probity, and procurement systems.
- Ability to interpret legislation and provide clear, practical advice.
- Experience with contract management platforms (Open Windows experience desirable).
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Your Application
If you’re passionate about improving procurement practices and want to contribute to an organisation that values growth and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
We also welcome applicants with transferable skills from similar roles or industries who have a genuine interest in procurement and contract management. Training and support will be provided to help you thrive in this space.
