· Perform gutter cleaning services at residential and commercial sites.

· Must be physically fit to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift equipment.

· Maintain and safely operate company equipment, digital devices, and vehicles.

· Maintain clean and safe workspace, abiding by workplace health and safety policies.

· Daily travel to multiple addresses (located in ACT or local NSW area).

· Experience in cleaning or trade services preferred.

· Greeting customers and discussing scope of work based on provided work orders.

· Operating handheld powered equipment such as leaf blowers.

· Responsible for ensuring quality of own work.

· Working at Heights certification required (or ability to obtain).

· Must have valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for daily travel between job sites.

· Ability to obtain National Police Check (NPC).

· May do other tasks within level of skills and training.

· Must have Australian working rights and be able to pass a police background check

· May assist in providing on-the-job training.
