We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a variety of critical roles across multiple departments in regional NSW. Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care aligned with departmental standards and policies

Lead and coordinate nursing activities in charge roles to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Conduct thorough triage assessments to prioritize patient care needs (Emergency Department roles)

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Demonstrate adaptability across various clinical environments and shifting priorities

Essential Requirements

Current Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board registration (AHPRA)

Relevant experience in the nominated department (Emergency, Acute Medical, Perioperative, or ICU)

Current Triage Certificate for Emergency Department roles

ALS 2 certification (or equivalent Advanced Life Support qualifications)

Strong leadership and communication skills, particularly for In Charge positions

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Flexibility to work shifts and short-term contracts in regional settings
