The Role

• Provide transactional accounting support during the transition to Microsoft Dynamics
• Manage high-volume payment allocations and reconcile remittances
• Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Assist with accruals, journal adjustments, and reporting during month-end close
• Support the finance team during peak periods to ensure continuity of operations
• Help maintain accurate reporting and data integrity throughout the system rollout

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional volumes under pressure.
• Sound understanding of the month-end process and areas where errors commonly occur.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and large dataset handling.
• Experience with Dynamics (or similar ERP system) highly desirable but not essential.
• Accounting qualification not required - focus is on experience, accuracy, and attention to detail.
