Location: Melbourne CBD & Inner Suburbs | Employment Type: Temporary, Part-Time & Full-Time
Are you a payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance? We are currently inviting expressions of interest for upcoming Payroll Officer and Payroll Administrator roles across a variety of industries and locations.

Your responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end payroll for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly pay cycles
- Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, EBAs, and legislation
- Managing payroll queries and providing timely support to employees
- Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data
- Preparing payroll reports, reconciliations, and superannuation payments
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
About you:
- Previous experience in payroll high-volume processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation requirements
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero, SAP, SAGE, Chris21 or similar)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
