Our client, a respected not-for-profit aged care provider are looking for a Facility Manager to lead their charming 60 bed residential aged care home near Albury. You will be responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of care and service delivery to residents.

The Opportunity:
You will oversee the full operations of the home, supported by a strong clinical and care team, including 24/7 Registered Nurses. You’ll be empowered to lead with purpose, drive continuous improvement, and foster a warm, person-centred care environment for residents and staff alike.

About You:
You will be a strong leader with extensive clinical expertise in aged care and management, and more importantly a passion for ensuring outstanding care is delivered to the residents within this facility. You know how to inspire your team and guide them to consistently deliver exceptional care.

• Current AHPRA registration – a clinical background is essential.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills – 2/3 years of experience preferred so you can hit the ground running.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, optimizing staff schedules, maximizing occupancy, and deep understanding of AN-ACC, accreditation requirements, and aged care standards.
• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
• Strong people leadership skills with a resident-first mindset
