Roster & hours

• 7:7 roster - days and nights
• Thursday/ Wednesday rosters patters
• Days - 6:30am - 6:30pm / Nights - 6:30pm - 6:30am

The role and duties

You will enjoy leading a team of specialist tradespeople working on a wide range of UG mining equipment in the workshop and the field. Your duties will include;-

• 40-50% on the tools & technically directing/ coaching and mentoring
• 50-60% managment involving planning and scheduling of work
• Machinery - Sandvik Cablebolters, Normet Shotcreters, Volvo Loaders and light vehicles.

Your value

• Leading hand or supervision experience
• Trade qualifications in automotive or heavy diesel
• Previous experience working on UG hard rock mining machinery
• High level of skill performing diagnostics on electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work autonomously and attend to breakdowns
• Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance & pass a pre-employment medical
