We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at Arlberg House, Mt Buller, for the remainder of the 2025 snow season.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced alpine environment. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to all guests across F&B outlets

Take food and drink orders and deliver in a timely manner

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas

Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service

Follow all hygiene and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience

Positive attitude and team spirit

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

RSA certificate (required or willing to obtain)

Must be able to live and work on the mountain until the end of September
