A small, well-established civil construction crew based in the eastern suburbs is seeking an experienced Labourer to support ongoing asphalt, concrete, and utility service works across the Brisbane region. This is a hands-on role offering consistent, local work within a tight-knit team.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Asphalt patching and repair - including sheet repairs, gravel work, and manhole surrounds

Concreting tasks - screeding, formwork prep, and finishing

Use of jackhammers, vibration plates, and general hand tools

Utility service raising, including:

Stormwater and sewer manholes

Fire hydrants

Water, air, and gas valves

• General labouring duties and maintaining a safe, tidy worksite

What You'll Need

C Class Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Construction White Card

Experience in asphalt and/or concreting

Confidence with screeding and basic concrete pours

Awareness of traffic and site safety

Flexibility to work day shift, night shift, and weekends as required

MR or HR Truck Licence
