APG Workforce is currently recruiting for multiple Civil and Bridge Labourer positions within the Bundaberg region!

Position Details:

• 6:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• ASAP - 3 months assignment with possibility of extension
• $41.53 per hour + Super

Duties:

• Labouring on bridge and culvert construction and maintenance
• Concrete placement, finishing, and formwork
• Using equipment such as chainsaws, sledgehammers, drills, oxy torches, cranes, and hydraulic jacks
• Working at heights and in confined spaces
• Assisting with scaffolding and safety setups
• Maintenance and repairs of stormwater drains, footpaths, and kerbing
• Restoring catch pits, wing walls, culverts, and damaged curb/channel
• Stone pitching, paving, stabilising footpaths, and trip hazard removal
• Operating hand tools and machinery including compactors, demo saws, jackhammers, and excavators
• Line marking, signage, and drainage works

Mandatory Requirements

• Construction Industry White Card
• Minimum Class C Driver's Licence
• Pass a police check (we will run on your behalf)
• Provide documentation confirming medical fitness for assigned tasks
• Physically fit and capable of frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and manual labour
• Full work rights in Australia

Desirable

• MR or HR Licence (preferred)
• Experience in civil construction, drainage, roads, or bridges
• Traffic Control Accreditation
