Why Choose Alliance Nursing?
• Competitive pay rates
Registered Nurse (RN): $80 to $90 an hour for weekdays depending on shift type. Weekends pay $121 to $141 per hour depending on Saturday or Sunday shifts.
Enrolled Nurse (EN): $65 to $73 per hour on weekdays depending on shift type. Weekends pay $97 to $114 per hour depending on Saturday or Sunday shifts
Personal Care Assistant (PCA): $48 to $54 per hour on weekdays depending on shift type. Weekends pay $72 to $85 per hour depending on Saturday or Sunday shifts

What You'll Need:
Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs):
• Current AHPRA registration
• Valid National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
• 2025 flu vaccination and preferably 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine
• Category A immunisation compliance

Personal Care Assistants (PCAs):
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
OR current nursing student (RN or EN) who has completed at least one clinical placement
• Valid National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
• 2025 flu vaccination and preferably 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine
