About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care in Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care settings across various regional locations in New South Wales. You will be working in supportive multidisciplinary teams, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and ensuring the health and wellbeing of patients across different stages of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, effective nursing care in Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care units in line with facility policies and procedures.

Assist Registered Nurses and medical staff with patient assessments, treatment, and monitoring.

Administer medications and treatments as per scope of practice and organizational guidelines.

Perform clinical observations, document patient progress, and escalate concerns promptly.

Support patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

Participate in care planning and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with confidentiality and privacy requirements.

Contribute to health promotion and patient education activities.

Uphold infection control standards and workplace health and safety protocols.

About You:

Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Demonstrated experience working across Emergency, Acute, and/or Aged Care settings is essential.

Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and provide high-quality care under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.

Willingness to relocate or travel to regional NSW for the duration of the contract.

Hold or willing to obtain required clearances such as Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening, and relevant immunizations.
